Maps in Search Results - with a "+" sign

I've been asking around and everyone misunderstands me at first. I am not asking about putting google maps on my web page.

More and more, I am seeing small google maps built in to regular google search results pages. This is perfect for one of my sites, as I already list the address in the meta tags so it shows up in the small black text description on the search results page anyway, it would be great to have it clickable right to a map.

Does anyone know how I can "tell" google, for each of my pages, that the address in the meta tag should be mapped?
