What do you consider irrelevant for ranking purposes?

Meta Keywords, Site Submission, Dedicated IP, Adsense, etc.?

I started making a list of things I believe don't affect search rankings. I know not everyone will agree with this list. But what I'm interested in hearing is, what *other* things would you add to this list? What are other common myths you hear about what helps your search rankings?

My list of irrelevant items so far is:

* Meta Keywords tag
* Dedicated IP address
* Submitting or Resubmitting a site
(assuming that some other site links to it already)
* Putting Adsense on the page
* Standards/Validated code

I see there's no answers so far. Well, we've recently had a few threads on similar topics -- perhaps there's not much new to say. Here are two good ones:

Hm, you listed most...I'd add "title" tags to anchor text of a link...they are worthless for ranking...I'll add more later if I can get the brain thinking today, LOL/

Here comes the "Technical Correctness Squad" -- you mean "title attributes" here. "Title tags" are one of the most important on-page factor for ranking.

I don't think that keywords in table summary tags can really help with ranking. In fact, when I checked the website of someone complaining about de-indexing problems in Google (on another website), I noticed that they had used their layout table summary tags as keyword lists (obvious seo and not nice for accessibility).

Yes, I meant the Title Attributes for links, NOT the actual Title Tags for the top of a page, I apologize. Thanks for the correction.
