I always have problems with duplicate content in Google Serps released by mistakes or stolen content.

Make it sense to ad unique UUID's (see wikipedia UUID) to the content and metatags to prevent duplicate content
and make this document realy unique for Google by adding unique strings? The UUID's will be new generated on every new request to this document.

For example somthing like this:

...........................
<head>

<title>My best widgets in the World - D709BD00-7E98-36C7-6A4B8D82C4F43744</title>

<META NAME="KEYWORDS" CONTENT="widgets,World,D71257E2-7E98-36C7-68A373A8DA973870">

<META NAME="DESCRIPTION" CONTENT="Site about my best widgets - D713D049-7E98-36C7-6B0E3F53991A4845">

</head>

<body>

I will tell you about my best widgets.
...

</body>
...........................

What do you think? Could this help?

That won't be enough. I don't know the real ratio, but this string is surely insufficient.
