Idea on quick clean up hijack

OK lets say you have an entrenched competitor that is setting up hijacks daily. You found way to detect them and block them (already posted) but it takes an age for google to update the page and get rid of the copied content.

Ok my idea is to put a h5 header on home page of your site saying, <h5>This is the current Scum Copying Our Content</h5>
And then use rel=nofollow to link to hijackers.

I know google follow this tag so do you think it will help speed up the process of getting copied pages that have been blocked respidered.

Also thinking of setting up a site where hijackers are exposed and to give there names , phone number and address online. Will also extend to email spammers. Have loads of info on this.
