One of my site disappeared from google index 2 months ago.
It was in index over 2 years.

Last time bots visited site 2 months ago according to google sitemaps stats.

If site is banned bots visit it but pages are not being indexed, right?
But in my case bots do not visit it at all. Page rank is still 4.

Any advice?

If it is banned why pagerank still exists?

I dont know if bots visit site when it is banned.
How to be sure site is banned?

In webmaster tools does it say "no pages in index"? Also when you do a site:wwww.example.com does anything come up?

Do you have any backlinks? If you only had just a few, then lost them, maybe having little to no backlinks might of done it. Do anything spammy or blackhat? Duplicate content? There are lots of possible reasons.

You said you have Google Sitemaps set up - is there any message there for you? I would suggest you use that webmaster tools account to communicate directly with Google. There may be a techical issue either on your server or on their back end that a little direct commuication can fix.
