When i run this command link:domain.com, on google.com, for my site, i see just one link to my site.

Earlier the number of links were constant for 2 months.
Whats going on?

Can we expect a PR change soon?

Yes, lots of folks are reporting changes to to the link: operator results right now. I do want to add a caveat here that not everyone reading this thread may know -- Google only reports publicy on a (usually small) sampling of the backlinks that they know about and use in caluclating search results.

For more information, see the following thread:
Google link: operator FAQ [webmasterworld.com]

With regards to PR, well, this change in the link results might or might not herald a refresh of the publicly reported PR numbers. It's really a total guess, and for that reason our Google Forum Charter [webmasterworld.com] asks that we not have threads that conjecture on toolbar PR upates.
