How to check how many of your indexed pages are NOT supplemental?

is there a search command that will return all your good pages? (that are indexed and are not supplemental)

Can someone explain me this?

site:www.example.com (returns all supplemental, no homepage)
site:www.example.com www.example.com (return "normal" results with homepage)

This is the latest on a site which is gone totally supplemental on Dec. 25th! Great! Damn christmas :(
I can't see a reason why it happened btw.

The only recent change is a forum restricted to members only. Forum posts are not viewable by search engines either....so what SE's see is what a regular user sees....seems fair no?

For the record, this site is 90% natural popularity and does no link exchange, it has at least 1 new freash and unique article per day so that is soooo frustrating!
Especially considering that 80% of all keywords it was ranked for bring up almost only artificial sites (mostly extremely obvious cross-linking)...anyway...

We'll do without but ethics did not pay on this one for christmas.
Hope it will come back soon, if ever...
