Someone copied my site.

I just read the below post and it completely applied to me. Someone copied my homepage word for word and my rankings have tanked. I modified most of my page due to the recent drop and just now discovered this, what can I do to stop them?

I found my site copied exactly in at least 2 places just recently and my rankings have also "tanked" - File a spam report with Google to start with.
