Good morning everyone - merry xmas!

2 1/2 years ago the company i work for had to (and i mean had to) change e-commerce suppliers due to resons im not going to get into.

we picked a new solution and had to build the site in just over 2 weeks.

this was achieved and our search engine listings are very good with many good keywords on the first page of G.

i want to trawl through our site and re-build pages, i want to shave excess code and make the page size smaller - yes everyone has broadband these days but still, having pages over 70 80k cwnt be good for G's spiders.

the page content and structure will stay the same, but the HTML will be lighter.

i would have built the site like this initially but i was on a very tight deadline.

thanks in advance.

If all URLs stay the same you will see rankings improve.
