All site's have a sitemap.xml and registered on google-webmaster.
So I am not sure in the moment, if my site's are really banned or not.
Thanks a lot.
since 8th of december most of my site's (but not all) removed from google index
Hey hey hold on now, are you "sure" it is dropped? Around this time I was seeing in webmaster tools that ALL my sites were showing "site is not included in the index" but it was only a glitch.
The glitch was due to the recent modifications google has done. I saw a LOT of wierdness in this time frame and it was talked about here.
Don't panic, there may be nothing to it at all. Check it right now. ALL my sites now show they are in the index, even though the showed they were not earlier this month.
My traffic never missed a beat either, it may only be a false alarm.
Cross your fingers!
One month ago, we had something like 1.2 million URL's in site:url. (as it has been for a long time)
Two weeks ago, it was 800,000+
Now it's about 420,000+
Our webmaster tools still show our site is not in the index... but...
We're still ranked well and no change in typical searches.
But as many here are saying, there is widespread strangeness.
If they are showing page ranks, the sites should not be banned, should they?
PageRank is updated about four times a year (toolbar) and what it says "right now" may be no indication at all what it's "true" PR is. Only time you will see this change is when they do a PR update, then you will see threads here along the lines of "PR updating seems to have started" or something similar.
In webmaster tools one page shows the PR distribution, this seems to be more accurate then the toolbar PR but it doesn't show the PR for any given page, just an idea how it is distributed.
