I just redesigned my companies website, submitted a google sitemap to google, and I'm looking at my webmaster tools section and google seems to be looking for a couple of pages that are no longer on the site. The pages are still cached and google is giving me 'not found' errors. Is there any way to let google know these pages are no longer of importance or are they possible linked from somewhere else on the net and google is looking for them?
