Would have thought GG would have jumped in over night (well my night) and jumped in if anything significant was happening on 66.102.11.104 & 66.102.9.104 (or .99 as people keep calling it.)

These sites are still showing the ordering I noticed last night (Steveb - you said for a while they did not?)

The Jagger1 dcs look a bit different to me this morning (I guess that is just flux though)

I think that the fact that Yahoo wants to get part of the "public relation" type of update, let's call the beast by its name we are in a PR situation, would make Google keeping the pressure as long as possible to totally delete the Yahoo attempt?

What do you guys think?

hey! whats going on with G! my site has been dropped for all its main keywords most were ranking in the top 3 for very competitive terms on both .com & co.uk now we are down at 60th or even worse, anyone else seen as massive drop? According to my stats G traffic stopped about 1 hour ago. and googles cache show 2/11 on the index - anyone got any clues as I'm one very worried webmaster

What we need is a weather report on

66.102.11.104/66.102.11.99
66.102.9.104/66.102.9.99

These were definetly Jagger2 a day or so ago - but are now different from the rest of Jagger2.

Maybe just an extension rather than Jagger3.

All the checks that were done for Canonical urls in the past might not mean anything going forward - eg with the changes this update brings you may still be able to have non-www listings (incl homepage) and not have a problem - therefore what I am looking for at the moment is that G understands that the homepage is the most important page in the site - therefore the above DC groups show encouraging signs IMO etc. It just all depends on how Google tackle the issue

Seeing different results on this datacentre 66.102.11.99 today. When I search for my domain name, previously it use to show only url, no title, no description. Today on the above said datacentre not showing URL too. Is it a good sign or bad. Whether my site will come back in SERPS?

Thanx!

just checked

66.102.11.104/66.102.11.99
66.102.9.104/66.102.9.99

my site has vanished from them all! you got any views Dayo?

Vanished - totally gone - or deep?

I would not bet on them being Jagger3, but as I said last night - if you do site:domain.com searches then results seem to be in a logical order within a site search. (So from that point of view it is encouraging) - however my sites that have improved in this aspect still dont rank.

So still a work in progress?

ramachandra

If pages are still listed within a site search and you still get the line:If the URL is valid, try visiting that web page by clicking on the following link: www.domain.com on a domain search then it is not necessarilly a bad thing - it is a sign your homepage is not getting crawled to well though. IMO.

They are the same as I was seeing last night - but it appears they retreated during the night at one stage - as per Steveb
