Internal link structure problem?

Google does not show any of my interior pages with link: command

Hi there, I was just checking out a competitor's site which ranks highly on many terms across the board. The home page is a PR5, but I noticed there is pagerank across the board on all internal pages. They are also running adsense on every page on the site. When I do a link: check on their site almost all internal pages show up, whereas not a single one on my site.

All of my internal pages are cross linked in an inverted pyramid style...the lowest level pages get the fewest internal links while categories get links from every product in that category and the home page gets linked to by everyone. I still have no internal PR since going live with my site in September. My home page is stuck at a PR 4, despite getting quite a few new links from at least PR5 pages. My site had been steadily gauining traffic until the last update when it got blitzed again and now pages are going into supplementals. I am beggining to think that Google is just pushing up the pages running adsense to the top of the list!
