Showing for "UK only" but nowhere on "Search the web"

I have a keyword that shows up high on the first page of SERPS when searching by selecting the "UK only" checkbox on google.co.uk for a page.

However, the default selection seems to be "The Web" when going to google. So I would prefer it to show up there. I think it used to. I can't rememember. It doesn't show up at all now, not even looking 10 pages down.

The page in question does have "UK" in the title tag, along with the keyword in question. So could this be causing it? Sure the site is UK specific but I didn't want to rule out any UK visitors that don't click "UK only" initially.
