Googlebot crawled it 1 month ago according google sitemap
However page rank is 4

Does it mean google banned site?
How to restore quick?
Reinclusion request was sent 3 weeks ago but still no results

Yes i had server problems during 2 days 1 month ago

But 1 month passed since that date.
Google sitemaps show bots last time crawled my site on 31/10/2006

Btw google bots receive 200 OK status code on 31/10/2006

Site was deindexed on 2/11/2006

What should i do to index site again? Bots do not visit my site.
