will "User-agent: * Disallow: /" make pages disappear

or will they go supplemental?

I want to remove a site from the search engines (all pages), but wondering if pages will just go supplemental if I use the following robots txt?

User-agent: *
Disallow: /

I have two similar sites and don't want dup content trouble.

They will mostly be removed from the index within a few weeks.

Any pages that are already Supplmental may take a few months more.
