Advantage of being copied?

A new website uses small copied parts of my site, like a comparison table, a disclaimer and parts of my content, some parts are re-written and some sentences are plainly copied. The content of this website is just a small version of my site and does not have anything fresh to offer.

Could this be an advantage for my site in the SE's because Google recognises that it's my old table that the freshly-built site uses?

Will my site become a little bit more of a reference site because of this?

That's a very interesting idea...

If Google did that, I would be very impressed. I personally feel they are more interested in finding out how to downgrade SEO attempts, not validate content syndication.
