Use of "tags" - creating duplicate content

currently i am using wordpress with tag plugin i like to know when i use tag it will generate unique url and show the same post content with unique url do google will consider as duplicate content.

Yes, the same content on two different URL's is duplicate content.

Whether or not it causes you a problem is another matter and largely depends on the reason you have duplicate content, but overall it's advisable to avoid it entirely.
