Is there a way to send an email to someone at Google to ask them to verify a site?

I have one community, phpbb, and implemented all possible SEO patches, adjustments and modules but it seems that Google just won't properly index the site. I have a similar community and SEO-wise everything works well in relation to indexation by Google...

So I just want Google to take a look and maybe explain to me what's the reason behind this bad indexation...

This kind of feedback is tough to get -- nearly impossible through an email. If you think about the possibilities for business espionage you can see why. Even in person at PubCon site reviews, precautions are taken to ensure that the person asking is really the site owner.

The best way to get feedback, outside of an i-person contact, is through a Webmaster Tools account. Even then, personal handling is tough to get but you'll stand a better chance of dialog if you authenticate your ownership.
