My website www.exmple.com was showing in the first 1 or 2 pages for most keyword searches, all of a sudden it has disappeared but now my blogspot blog (which had NEVER appeared in search results before) has started appearing literally in its place (this blog also has the domain www.example.co.uk pointed to it)

If it meant my site reappearing i would delete my blog but if I do that and my site doesnt reappear, i;ll have nothing in the search results.

This may be a really silly question but I couldnt afford to pay my adwords bill and its a few weeks overdue, google wouldnt ban my site due to this would they?

I add new content to my site daily and have resubmitted a new sitemap yesterday but still nothing.

i;m stumped as to why my site has disappeared. I changed the blog last night and deleted any entries which had
snippets of my sites content. Ive been using it to direct traffic to the website so would highlighted new features from the site by copying and pasting onto the blog - but i wouldnt have thought that would cause problems as the website is over 100 pages and i only ever did 6 posts on the blog.

If i have penalised by Google, is there any way of finding out? Any advice please?
