Im not sure if this is the proper place to post but my question has more to do with google and pr than html. I was looking through my logs and found an incoming link. That is all fine and good. When I looked at the site I saw that the link had
<a title="blocked::http://url" href="url">. I understand the title tag but why is my url preceded by the blocked text. Is this similar to a no follow tag. Usually I would not care but this page copied a blog post. The link to my site was included in the original blog post although without the use of a title tag or the blocked text.
If the blocked text will still allow google to see this as an incoming link should I still try to get the other site to remove my post along with the link. I wonder if google sees copied text along with a link to the source as allowable behavior in the blogosphere.
