I just discovered a site that has a huge list of keywords and links in the noframes tag, including links to all sites of their webdesign company's customers. Apart from the fact that this is simply bad practice, can it hurt? I thought that Google doesn't consider or even read the stuff in the noframes tags anymore but it seems it still does. If I do searches for a few of the keywords that they have put into the noframes tag the site shows up pretty high, even though many of them are completely unrelated.
