Google cache, no highlights on page, on keyword search

These terms only appear in links pointing site, thats highlighted

I have two sites the one ranks perfect on all search engines, but the other, the frontpage only rank on google, on other search engines there is no troubles.

Now i have seen, im not sure if it always was there, but when i look at the good ranking site

the cached page:

the bad ranking page:

and thats it, even when there are those keywords on the page, is this another error from google or is there something wrong with the site.
