Our SEO company doesn't like querying Google direct to check our clients search engine rankings. Why? Because Google says not to, and it's been our SEO company policy not to break their terms of service. So we decided to use the Google API to check our clients rankings... even though it limits you to 1000 queries per day and is not 100% accurate. However, we discovered in the Google API terms of service it says "for personal non commercial use only".
So we are kind of stuck?
So what do you do to check rankings? Do you just break Google's TOS and run your web ranking software on their database regardless of what they say?
Thanks...
