Hi,

How to judge a site is banned by google?

If in google.com put site:domainanme.com if return o pages, then the site is banned by google, right?

if return pages cashed by google, then it means google not ban the site, right?

But I saw oppoiste examples.....

Maybe you are thinking too broadly about what the word "banned" means. Sometimes in ouor discussions people are very casual and loose in how they use the word.

Banned doesn't mean there is no penalty. It doesn't mean that the site is still new and therefore the pages aren't showing up on search results. It doesn't mean that some filter isn't removing the domain from suome searches, or hurting rankings, sending them much lower than we would normally expect.

"Banned" means the site was indexed by Google once, they saw something they didn't like at all, and made a decision to remove, or ban the site. It is kicked out -- no urls available by any search.
