When more sites link to you, your PR will go up. When inner pages have more PR, more of them will get indexed. But depending on how many URLs you have, getting them "all" indexed may be unlikely.

Google has indexed all my webpages (exept those I have 'disallowed' in robots.txt) and none of my webpages have PR yet.

When I say "have PR" I don't mean toolbar PR. I mean the real PR that Google uses in making their decisions.

Tedster > I'm aware of that :) But real PR comes from inbound links, right?

Only my Home Page has inbound links, none of my internal pages has.

OutdoorMan: PR is passed on in real time. No pros are using the Google toolbar these days.

The defintition of PR makes no accounting for domains - just URLs, pages. If your Home Page has a link to an internal page, then it votes some PR to that internal page. That's what all the talk on "circulating PR" is all about.
