Here's a problem I haven't seen before. I have a site that has ranked extremely well for about 4 years. The other day, I noticed that just the home page lost its cached link and the information on the SERPS is minimal. In fact, it's just a couple of words in the hyperlink and no description, just the url.

The ranking is okay for the keywords that's in the hyperlink on the SERPS, but it has lost its rankings for a variety of other phrases. I'm hoping this will shake out after an update or two, but it's been about 5 days.

Anyone else have experience with this? Thanks.

I am seeing a lot of URL-only listings in the last few days.

Sometimes a URL is URL-only when it appears in one search and is a full listing when I do some other search that returns the same URL.

Some of the URL-only listings I know to be duplicate content for some other version of the URL with the same content; but the vast majority are not.
