1) Case study: I need to get a flash site optimized I make a text only site. Is this a good way to go?

2) Case study: I have a HTML page, but need a text only site for users with disability. How to avoid being penalized?

In the first version of the case study (a flash site) the idea is to COPY the content so that it can be read by robots in a html page that is called Text Only and linked to from the main page. Is this wise?

In the second version of the case study (helping people who can not view with ease a page I have often been tempted to make a photographic version (gif) of the page text out of fear of a duplicate. Should I be afraid of the text only page?

Can the two issues be addressed with alt .css scripts?

first case seems fine.

in the second case, just restrict one version with robots.txt

I have a special layout system, which is even with Lynx easy to navigate.

The trick is to make all with <DIV position absolute.

So I can put the content first, after the content the navigation elements.

First navigation element, a button with a link to the logical next page. So I do not need an extra text only version.
