Do only the first 100 links count?

Link from a PR7 page, but only 199 from 372

I have since May to one of my pages a link from a very good PR7 page.
But on this page are 372 links and my is the 199 link on this page.

But absolut no influence on the PR. The PR of the linked page is 3. It would be also 3 withoug this link, that's the normal PR of folder index pages on that of my domains.

So any ideas about it?

The PR power of a link is determined by the Page Rank forumula -- the PR of the voting page divided by the total links on that page (and times a damping factor in addition). So each URL that this page links to is getting a very miniscule boost from a page with that many links. It's very unlikely that you would notice that tiny a boost.
