About three weeks ago I was using a website's back link tracking tool and I noticed that it was displaying my site with a PR6 while the site itself only displayed PR5. At the time I assumed this was a fault with the tool.

The site I was using is US based and my site is UK based. Just today I noticed that when I logged on to the site my PR had indeed gone up to PR6 (yippee!) Are some of the US data centres updated before those in the UK even when the site is based in the UK?
