Is this a banned site?

The toolbar is showing PR0
traffic is minimal.
Site: command returns 1300 results
link: command returns some results
searching for domainname or domainname.com does not return the site. Pages that link to my site come up instead. The site appears at #10 or so for "www.sitename.com"

The site is dmoz listed and shows PR0 in the Google directory.

I have a 301 non-www to www redirect in place.

One thing I find interesting is that when I search for "domainname.com" the first result is some sort of a "Free Expired Domain Name List"

Could I have renewed the domain too late and it was viewed as expired? I don't remember this happening but it's possible.

I don't know when the PR tanked because I rarely check it. My traffic seemed to tank in January 2005.

A banned site gets NO traffic, not just minimal traffic. The site: operator for a banned site show nothing at all. So while you definitely seem to have some troubles of some kind, you are not banned.
