Hide and seek with my site in Google

Pages appear, disappear, then re-appear

Ok this is frustrating, my site was launched in may this year, so far G has indexed only 1 page out of 500. Two or three pages appear for a while then poof gone as quickly as they came leaving just the home page.

I thought something was wrong then I launched my second site and in a few days it got indexed infact all 58 pages, then poof all pages are gone not even the home page is left, yet in sitemaps it said last visited on Oct 13 and pages are in G. What the dickens.

Can someone tell me what I should do, or should not have done and can do to prevent more of the same. Also I have a DMOZ already and still Poof is the word.

You need more IBL's.
Try to get at least 5 IBL's from pr5 pages.

I bought IBL so say 5 from related PR 5 should be enough...
