Domain registered in 2001 but no site up.

I have a domain that's been sitting around with no site since 2001. I know, I know, what a waste. So my question is, do you think it will be in the sandbox or out when a site goes live? In other words, are the box filters centered more around a domains age or a sites age?

I vote for site, but what have you seen?

I'd go for site. Every new domain should be used, if only for a holding page and a couple of incoming links.

If there's been nothing, then it isn't in google, so it hasn't 'aged' - that's my logic, anyway ;)
