how can i tell if i've been sandboxed?

in Google's recent update, i have several sites (subdomains of the mother ship) that faired well, some dropped a few spots. But a couple seemed to have dropped to page 7 or 8. i am straight white hat (well... now i am. and have been for over a year) so this may be a temporary thing. Is there a sure fire (or at least a pretty good indication) test that would tell me if i've somehow angered G? Or is the drop to page 7 or 8 all the test i need?

If you start seeing hits from google for "myfourwordkeyword" instead of "my four word keyword" you should be worried...

Also do a site:example.com query to see how many of your pages are into the supplementals... This can indicate other problems as well...

By no means definitive of anything, but an interesting exercise none the less if your struggling to rank.

Your site is indexed
Your site has PageRank
It is regularly crawled, displaying cache dates not more than 10 days old
If you search for the site by entering www.xyz.com, it appears with the proper title, snippet, and url (www, or no www whichever you picked)
You rank in the top 20 for allinanchor
You rank in the top 20 for allintext
You rank in the top 20 for allintitle
You do not rank within the first 1000 places for the keyword the site was designed for

Ok,
my site is true for all of the above, except for allintitle, no results returned,
everything else I am listed as number one with a TPR of 2(ehh for whatever thats worth)
Sites been around for 9 months.
One observation I have always noticed, is how is the site ranking in yahoo and msn?
Mine isn't there either so I don't necessarily think its a sandbox.
