Copying Meta Tags

Can we do anything about it?

Hi,

Recenty one of my clients pointed out to me of a website who had copied our complete meta tags of all the pages.

I am sure most of us must have faced this problem.

My client wonders whether it can hurt our SERPs and what can we do about it. Complain to Google?.
