I really need some help!

Google have banned me, and I have a pretty good understanding why they did it. I went overt the top with my internal linking structure, so I edited 3000 pages removing 1000's of links.
This last PR update my PR went from 5 to 0, I still have a few pages indexed but they don't rank.
1 week ago I noticed that my entire site has been copied.
Even my linking structure have been copied.
I figure that my site is really not popular with google at the moment..

I have sendt reinclusion requests before, but never gotten any feedback. (My site is included, it's just not showing up in search)

I reported the site that copied my site to google for their spam techniques, but I don't figure that will help me.

Do I have other options?, I know a lot of you will tell me to start over again, but 6 years off hard work is not something you easily throw away.
