We have to use a proxy. Will Google think we are black hat?

We have been under ddos atack most of the week and have employed a service that filters the traffic at thier site with their 25GB pipe, and sends us the good traffic.

Was wondering though if Google Spiders see this as doing something to decieve or black hat. We haver no choice in the matter, the ddoser is demading money, the FBI is doing very little, the ISP is doing nothing, my $7500 firewall is doing ok, but the end result is the same: Denial of Service.
