Is this Google IP a bot?

I have just watched IP 74.14.192.10 visit my website twice in the last hour. Once for 21 minutes and once for 2 minutes.
I dont think this IP fits into the usual Googlebot ranges.
My tracking software identified it as:

any suggestions as to if it is a bot?
