I have a site with around 120 pages of which around 100 are indexed by google.
Three links to my site are from a site with PR 7. This is a subdomain on sourceforge.net. This site has only 7 pages... out of which 3 link to my site. These links are around 1.5 months old... all indexed. There are a few more links... from directories.
I expected the PR of my site to rise but it didn't happen. My site still has a PR of 0.
My domain was registered in the first week of August this year.
I have never used any blackhat techniques.
What can be the probable reason of 0 PR values?
Thanks!
The links to my site are permanent links. Do you think in this case I would get a good PR in the next update?
Is that true that the PR values in the toolbar take time to stabalize?
Thanks for your help?
do keep in mind tht many experienced webmasters do not belv in the PR displayed at all , it gives just a rough indication of the real PR (internal) which may be floating etc etc ; thousands of theories abound. conc on gettin ur site in the search results , the pr will follow. even if it doesnt, no difference, is there...

If you started your website in August, I'd be really suprised if you saw much if any PR jump on this go around. You will in all likelihood have to wait for the next PR update to see much change.
As has been pointed out many times, the PR data shown in the Google Toolbar really doesn't reflect reality as it is only a snapshot of data and the real "PageRank" of a webpage that is used in Google's Algo is probably in constant flux.
