Google Sandboxing of non-backlinked pages?

Does anybody have any experience with Google sandboxing of individual pages in a domain--specifically pages without backlinks?

There is a site I have been link building to with about 60 directory links to the root-level domain about two months ago.

For allinanchor, some pages show up in the top 10, but show up around result 100-500 as a search. Other individual pages appear to not be sandboxed for particular terms.

The home page appears to be sandboxed for the company name, as well, and the thought is that the varied anchor text in the 60 links all contained the company name as well as the anchor text.

If anybody has similar experiences or recommendations, I would like to hear them.
