Hi,
66.102.7.99 and 66.102.7.104 presently show an increase of 1 for my site. (4 to a 5)
Do not know if it means increased traffic but it sure looks better.

I stopped looking at Googles silly little green bar a long time ago - its quality sites with good content I consider
In fact after G's last toobar update I removed mine

It's true that the Toolbar PR doesn't mean much these days, as the true PR is updating constantly.
However, I can still find 2 good uses for it: 1. it is a snapshot of the PR at the moment it gets published. 2. it can make my day brighter if my websites` PR goes up :)
