how do you check your page rank on a particular DC, are you using some kinda interrogator software?

or some implementation of the google api?

There are a couple of ways. You can edit your "hosts" file in Windows to change the IP the the toolbar uses to make its' queries. You can also use one of the online tools that queries multiple datacenters, the one I use is called future pagerank, should be easy enough to locate.

It think was some kind of temporary bug on toolbar. Because I see it again like before with no changes.
Does that happen often?

I noticed exactly the same this time last week across several sites. No one else seemed to be seeing the same though?

I've noticed in the past, although not this time that the PR you are seeing most likely will be rolled out. I wish I could get a sneak peek. Good Luck.
