Google PageRank Gone For Some Pages

I noticed some very big pages have 0 PR today.

I have noticed that Matt Cutts blog homepage has no pagerank, not a grey bar, just a 0 pagerank, however all his internal pages have PR 5. I also noticed the DMOZ hompeage has a PR 9, however, most interntal pages I looked at have PR 0.

I noticed these things as of 5pm EST. Sept. 24

Does anyone know what is going on?

The www URL of Matt's blog has a pagerank 0, but the non-www has a PR5. Canonical URL issue.
