I saw a website which have a PR of 7. indexed pages aroung 451 but backlinks in google is 0 and it's obviously coming on it's top most targetted keywords which are broad.
How this can be possible that without a single backlink shown in google, this site has a 7 PR. As I heard and know PR is mostly related with the backlinks of a site.
Can anyone please answer?

It is rarely useful to obsess about other people's sites; do check out the competition, to see what you can learn, but put most of your effort into developing your own site. That's the way to success.
I thought you webmasters can help me to R&D and that's why I asked this question I am a learner and I came across such site so asked as I know just few stuff about SEO and I have a craze to learn that and for learning I don't have my own site so I just take different cases, which makes me think.
But thanks for trying!
You can be pretty sure that most of the time if Yahoo found a link, so did Google. And if Yahoo found an important (high PR) link, then it's even more likely that Google is folding that link into their calculations. It's just that Google won't share most of the information. They are trying to protect their algorithm from reverse engineering, nd their algo is very sensitive to links.
