Okay, my title is formatted like so...

Orange - Orange Squash, Hammers and Orange Love from example.com

First of all, is the "-" in the title hurting my PR?

Secondly, is the occurence of "Orange" three times in the title probably triggering flags on most data centers? If so, should I change it to only twice (at the beginning and end?) like so...

Orange - Squash, Hammers and Orange Love from example.com

Suggestions more than welcomed.

As far as I am aware nothing affects PR other than inbound links. It is also outdated and pretty much useless.

As for the mention of your keywords over and again, then YES this may have have an affect. Bretts rules on SEO state:

Keyword ONCE in title tag
Keyword ONCE in description tag
A spattering of keywords throughout the body text but not too many times.
