Pages From the UK - Filter change?

Hi,

I noticed, today 13/September a change in how the "Pages From the UK" filter works for one three word term that I follow.

Previously if I searched three word term with the radio "the web" clicked I got the SERP that I expected. If I then repeated the search with "Pages From the UK" selected the SERP remained exactly yhe same except one site, which I assume is (stupidly for a UK only product) hosted outside the UK, drops out.

Today when I do the search with the UK radio selected the site mentioned above drops out and the rest of the list shuffles producing a clearly different SERP.

For other terms that I watch I'm not seeing this effect.

Has anyone else noticed a change in the UK filter or have I, by chance, found the exception that proves the rule?
