hi!
2 weeks ago I noticed, that my 2 sites, which are 8 months old disappeared from G results. Before they appeared on the 3 page for the very specific requests. The results in MSN and Yahoo are worse too, but not that bad as in G.
These sites are still cached by G regularly, but there are no results for site:www.mysite.com request also.
Also, both of them were using link exchange.
Did anyone notice the same during this month?

Hello dancy, and welcome to the forums. If you check some of the active threads, you will see many people discussing various ups and downs of Google's indexing of their site -- and perhaps pick up some ideas of things to check. Particularly, I suggest you notice this thread, which discusses an area that more and more people are finding troublesome recently:

Duplicate Content - get it right or perish [webmasterworld.com]

However, there is one thing that I don't understand about your question. If you can't find your domains in any search right now, including a site: query, then I'm not clear on what you mean about being cached regularly. Do you mean that you still see your urls on a cache: query, or that you still see googlebot visits in your logs?

Yes, I still see the result of cache: query. And last time both sites were indexed on the 8th of September. It's strange to me, only because these 2 sites disappeared together, and the the same situation for both sites: they had good positions in SERPs but now they are nowhere.

The same here.
Site disappears 2 weeks ago, caches shows date from 7. sept. but not in index.
