Site doesn't come up on an URL search that includes http://

guys, check this out:

i do a search for my url using http://www.example.com and google doesn't return any reults.

i do a search for my url using www.example.com and google DOES show the result for this page

what is going on? why doesnt it like the "http://" part?

Google are messing around with things at the moment.

Exact syntax of searches seems important.

"Similar" searches can do completely different things now.
