In the last few days my website has gone from page 4 to page? I am not even sure where it is anymore. This is using a single key word.

MY PR is still 5 and I am still on page 1 using my 2 key words.

There seems to be a major shuffle of sites on the first 5 pages, the first 2 sites are still there, a few of the others are still where they were, but my sites seems to have disappeared from the radar for the major single key word, which I received a lot of visitors from.

What’s interesting is that Google now has my title cached that I used over 1.5 – 2 years ago, but it says the cached date is 1 SEP 2006, the cached page is correct, just the title is from a log time ago.

Any feedback comments are appreciated.

Thank you.

Try the <meta name="robots" content="noodp"> tag. It seems to me like Google are using your DMOZ title and description.

That was my problem as well, and I waited months. I contacted DMOZ and also added the <meta name="robots" content="noodp"> today. Thanks!
