Google indexing an SWF file instead of my Home Page

My site has dropped off google indexing, its not banned but has started to index an swf file rather than my home page.

Any ideas as this is driving me crazy.

Yesterday it was there again, today its gone. My adwords campaign seems to have mixed results as well.

Please help.
